Job summary

You will assist in managing customer service, food quality, and workflow, ensuring accurate order processing and a welcoming environment for guests. Strong communication, cash handling, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain high standards of customer service during busy periods.
• Greet customers and take orders accurately via phone/in-person.
• Oversee front-of-house cash handling and daily cash reports.
• Assist with inventory, stock ordering and shift scheduling.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
