Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have access to a vehicle.
• Must complete the Shift Leader certification program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Monitor and train Team Members to maintain service quality.
• Manage opening and closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
