Qualifications

• 1 year of management or leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Year-round availability to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team during each shift.
• Model and reinforce our culture, and provide in-the-moment feedback.
• Order product and maintain accurate inventory.
• Enforce food safety regulations and health standards.
