Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA to lead daily operations and provide a warm, welcoming experience for customers. You will oversee the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, coach partners, and ensure smooth service during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role that interacts with customers to fulfill requests.
• Six months delegating tasks to other employees.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes with customizations.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follow store policies including cash handling and safety protocols.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to ensure fast, friendly service.
