Job summary

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies and maintain quality beverages and food.
• Six months' experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six months' experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the team to meet standards and service goals.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes and customer specs.
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees and coordinate work.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling and security.
