We are currently looking to hire Shift Leaders (must be 18 or older due to operations) for our dinner/closing shifts.

Pay: Starting $15-$17hour PLUS TIPS (which averages an extra $3/hr to your pay making the pay range $18 - $20/hr)

A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Baking bread/Cooking bacon/Using meat slicer
• Producing high quality food
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience
• Cash handling
• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
• Effective communication - with team and with customers!
• Having a sense of urgency
