Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, food safety and sanitation, inventory management.
• Shift Scheduling and Staffing: Create and maintain shift schedules; address staffing gaps.
• Training and Development: Train new hires; conduct ongoing leadership development.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor sales and expenses; implement profitability strategies.
• Communication and Collaboration: Align with management and kitchen staff for seamless operations.
