Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead in Georgia to support management in running a busy shift, help create a welcoming environment for guests, and guide the team with energy and care to deliver Panda experiences every day.

You will gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites, learn store operations, and develop leadership skills while ensuring fast, friendly service, high quality food, and a positive working atmosphere during every shift.

Qualifications

• Food safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
