Domino's is hiring for a Shift Leader at our Washington state location. The pay range is $20.82–$24.00 per hour, and you will supervise the team, manage opening and closing tasks, and ensure policy compliance.

You’ll develop people, handle cost controls, inventory, and cash, and you’ll help create a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for motivated individuals ready to move into an assistant manager position within a dynamic Domino's team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work all shifts, Opening / Closing the restaurant.
• Assistant manager/Shift Leader role requires leadership and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling, while maintaining excellent customer relations.
• You must follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for your crew.
