The role covers operating equipment, handling orders, stocking ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, deliveries when needed, and adapting to weather or store conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license with two years of driving experience and a safe driving record.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; motivate the crew.
• Operate all equipment and be able to take on all roles in the store, including delivery (must have own vehicle).
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and coolers.
• Prepare products following established standards and receive/process orders.
• Keep equipment and facility clean; read maps to locate addresses within delivery area.
• Maintain safety, take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Stay professional, timely and reliable, and be a self-starter.
