Jersey Mike's is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location. You will help lead shifts, ensure top-quality food, and deliver Jersey Mike's service standards.

The role emphasizes motivating the team, modeling urgency, and adhering to company policies while maintaining strong communication with AGM and GM. This is a full-load shift leadership position with growth opportunities.

A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in the execution of running their assigned location. This includes, but is not limited to:

• 1) Learn how to lead and run excellent shifts.
• 2) Delivering top quality food.
• 3) Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mikes way.
• 4) Using communication skills to motivate team members.
• 5) Role modeling a sense of urgency.
• 6) Embracing Jersey Mikes policies and procedures.

A Shift Leader is expected to:

• 1) Work 30+ hours a week.
• 2) Have the ability to get to and from work on time.
• 3) Maintain open communication with AGM and GM.
• 4) Lead your team by example. Embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes.
