Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for full-time, on-site work in Conroe, TX. You will lead daily shift operations, support a team, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting a safe, efficient car-wash environment.

Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities for performance bonuses and internal promotion as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
