Flynn Wendy’s in Wyncote, PA is seeking a Shift Leader who can motivate a team, handle busy service periods, and uphold our standards for quality and guest experience.

You will lead opening/closing tasks, train teammates, resolve issues, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency during each shift. Prior restaurant experience is preferred to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred.
