As a Shift Leader at our Wichita store located at 701 E. Douglas Ave. Unit A Wichita, KS 67202, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Additionally, you take pride in knowing that your leadership contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store team.

What will I do as a Shift Leader?
  • Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
  • Support store operations by maintaining smooth shift functions, communicating key information, monitoring production efficiency, and coaching team members
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years or older
