Job summary

Dunkin is hiring a Shift Leader in Westborough, MA to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping Dunkin run smoothly every day.

Applicants should have prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, be at least 18 years old, and demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
