Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a motivated team in a fast-paced restaurant. You will help run smooth shifts, coach teammates, and ensure friendly, accurate service at the counter and drive-thru. Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example.

You should communicate well, solve problems on the fly, and stay flexible for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires the stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts.
