Job summary

Flynn Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations at our Pizza Hut location. You will help manage customer service, oversee shift tasks, and support the team during busy periods.

The Shift Leader training program will develop your management skills and pave the way for future career advancement within the Flynn Hut family.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and customer service during peak hours.
• Train and mentor new team members through the shift leader program.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut’s master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 Countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators.
