Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and ensure execution of Brand standards to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate teammates while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or supervisory experience, strong English communication, math and writing skills, and are 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. This is an on-site role at a Dunkin' location in Clarence, NY.

• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a respectful team environment.
