We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the tone and morale of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members as needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders or Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings special for people, we want to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain it before leadership training ends
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred but only at specific locations, with driving qualifications as per company policy
