Job summary

Bagel Brands in Spring, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the crew, ensure a great guest experience, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, and opportunities to advance to General Manager; training includes leadership development and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
