Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a Produce Department Leader in Woodbridge, VA. You will lead a growing retail team, uphold our standards for quality, freshness, and variety, and educate customers and staff about product offerings.

You will engage customers, answer questions, help locate items, and provide guidance to complete meals, while mentoring staff to maintain exceptional service levels.
