Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts and uphold Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins standards. You will assign tasks, recognize achievements, and maintain service quality while delivering a positive guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training support, and ensuring profitability through efficient shift operations and strong guest engagement. This is a franchise position offering growth within a fast-paced brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for speaking and reading.
• Strong math and writing abilities are expected.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talk employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner.
• Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests’ needs and service standards throughout shift.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance during shift.
• Must prioritize guest service and model exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests’ needs and resolve problems.
• Reinforce systems, tools, and procedures to maintain standards and correct deficiencies.
• Monitor performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed during shift.
• Follow systems to control labor costs, food costs, and cash during shift.
• Ensure compliance with policies related to cleanliness, food safety, and safety during shift.
• Report equipment issues and provide performance feedback to General Manager.

• Follow all systems and processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout shift.
• Monitor and ensure Crew Members comply with all policies and procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security during shift.
• Report equipment issues, provide Crew Member performance feedback, and discuss other restaurant opportunities with General Manager.
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English
• Math and writing skills
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
