What Will I Do as a Shift Leader?
  • Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests in our bakeries
  • Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating important information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team adherence to standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members
  • Create a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff, following safe food handling practices
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-focused role
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed
