Job summary

Papa John's in Parrish, FL is seeking an Hourly Shift Manager to lead a restaurant team and deliver a world-class service experience.

You will be part of a pizza family, with opportunities for training, advancement to General Manager, and a flexible, fun work environment. Must be 18+, have a GED or HS diploma, basic math and problem-solving skills; nights/weekends busy; up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Advanced cash handling and money management required.
• Attention to detail is essential for accuracy and safety.
• Solid knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Demonstrated passion for pizza and customer service.
• Basic math skills for transactions and till balancing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant team as Shift Manager to deliver world-class service.

You will need to be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diploma preferred. You will need to possess basic math and solid problem-solving skills. Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
