Job summary

Papa John’s Pizza is seeking a high-energy Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team at our Parma location. You’ll step in when the GM is away, keep our customers and teams energized, and ensure operations run smoothly during peak times.

You’ll coach, support, and motivate crew members, modeling excellence in food quality, service, and speed. Nights and weekends flexibility is a must for this role.

Qualifications

• Some management or food service experience (bonus points for pizza passion).
• A love for leading, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly.
• A positive attitude, hustle, and the ability to work nights & weekends.
