Einstein Bros. Bagels in Aurora, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.

This role opens and closes the store with minimal supervision and helps ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment.

You must be 18+ with a high school diploma, ready for varied shifts (including early mornings); ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team.

What it pays

Hourly Rate: $14.57 - $21.86 per hour *Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. **Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.

• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
