Pokémoto Hawaiian Poke in Odessa, TX is hiring a Shift Leader to join our fast-paced food & beverage team. You will oversee shifts, deliver outstanding customer service, assist with food prep, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Poké is native Hawaiian cuisine, traditionally made up of diced fresh fish served as an appetizer or main course. Modern twists include chicken, tofu, shrimp, or salmon with strong influences of Japanese and Korean cuisine.
