Job summary

Papa Johns Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced restaurant team to deliver great pizzas and outstanding guest experiences.

You'll supervise shift operations, manage customer relations, dispatch drivers, ensure product quality, and monitor inventory and profitability while fostering a culture of dignity, respect, and fun on the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certification: Serv-Safe or Local/State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Passion: A love for quality, a mind for business, and a heart for treating others well.
