Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and support an efficient shift in a fast-paced Dunkin' restaurant. You will help achieve brand standards and guest satisfaction while guiding daily operations and ensuring smooth service.

The role requires leadership experience in retail/restaurant, strong communication, and a focus on safety, cash handling, and teamwork during high-volume periods.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or local language.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift, including food and beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure adequate staffing.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks for smooth workflow and resources.
• Assist with training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies during shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prep for shift change.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor attendance and adherence to policies.

Position Title: Shift LeaderReports To: Restaurant ManagerOverview:Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
