Job summary

Northern Blends Smoothie King, Developer of the Year 2020, is seeking a Shift Leader in Michigan to lead and support the team during shifts, uphold standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality, and handle cash and open/close procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or keyholder roles in food service or retail preferred.

• Available evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours/week.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the team during shifts

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous leadership or keyholder experience (food service or retail preferred)
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• High accountability, integrity, and a guest-first mindset
• Available evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours/week
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
