Captain D’s in Nashville is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

You’ll serve as the face of the brand on your shift, lead daily operations, train new team members, and uphold our standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. 18+ with background check and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
