WHAT YOU'LL DO | THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Operations Leader, you will work closely with your Community Leader (General Manager) and Mission Coach (District Manager) to ensure smooth store operations. You will assist by overseeing daily restaurant activities and motivating the team to exceed guest expectations. The best part? We close after lunch, so there are no night shifts at Maple Street.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience leading a team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A passion for leadership
• Valid driver’s license
