Job summary

Captain D's in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You’ll supervise daily operations, ensure quick, friendly service, and model the brand standards during all shifts.

We offer competitive pay from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour, quarterly bonuses, free meals, health benefits, and opportunities to advance from within. Availability on weekends/evenings is required, and training will set you up for leadership growth.
