The effective hourly rate ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 when tips are included. Shift Leaders are responsible for safeguarding the location's financial performance and upholding the brand's reputation through quality food, drinks, and customer service.

Job description

We are currently looking for passionate Shift Leaders to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- and PART-TIME positions! Starting pay is $15.00 per hour plus tip share paid weekly which currently averages $1.50 to $2.50 per hour added to your hourly pay. Your effective hourly rate is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

The Shift Leader has ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the financial success of a specific location and maintaining the reputation of the company. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and good customer service.
