Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in Mentor West, OH is hiring immediately for a Shift Leader who can help us deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience. You must be 18 or older and have open availability to cover shifts across our schedule.

Responsibilities include baking bread, operating the slicer, cash handling, coaching staff, ensuring cleanliness and great customer service, and maintaining a fast, friendly atmosphere. Pay is $13–$15 per hour, plus tips; health, vision, and dental benefits are available for

Jersey Mike's Subs in Mentor West, OH (across from the Great Lakes Mall) is hiring immediately! We are looking for great people that want to join our culture and make a difference one great sub sandwich at a time!

We are currently looking to hire Shift Leaders (must be 18 or older due to operations) with open availability.

Pay: $13-15/hr PLUS TIPS (which average an extra $3/hr to your pay!!)

Responsibilities

• Trained to bake bread/cook bacon/operate meat slicer
• Producing high quality food
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience
• Cash handling
• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
• Effective communication - with team and with customers!
• Having a sense of urgency
