As a Shift Leader, you will train and support teammates across stations, uphold food quality and safety standards, and promote Cajun hospitality with every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to lead by example and support team members with enthusiasm.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a leadership role.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be ServSafe certified before independently running a shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a positive and enthusiastic shift experience for guests and team members.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service using Cajun Hospitality.
• Prepare and package food and drinks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support team members across multiple stations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
• Monitor food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety; assist with inventory stocking and shift execution.

Qualifications & Skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 60 pounds
• Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests and team
• Operate registers and restaurant equipment safely
• Perform food preparation and maintain proper lifting techniques
• Bend, kneel, stoop, reach, push, and pull as needed during shifts
• Maintain clear communication with team and guests throughout the shift
