Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role helps drive daily service and guest satisfaction.

You will support the management team with coaching, scheduling, and task delegation to ensure smooth operations and legendary guest experiences. Strong time management, attention to detail, and top-tier guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
