Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a talented Shift Leader to supervise daily operations in Lima, OH. You will lead a team, train staff across registers and grill, and safeguard guest satisfaction through strong leadership and service.

The role offers competitive base pay plus tips and weekly bonuses, free meals on shift, and benefits. You will learn all line stations, complete ServSafe and manager certification, and grow toward upper management.

Qualifications

• Must work 150 hours in-store
• Complete ServSafe certification
• Complete manager certification and have 1–2 years leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across all restaurant stations from register to grill to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop crew members, supervise shifts, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Ensure operational standards and guest service excellence during every shift

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• High school diploma, some post-high school education a plus
• Must work 150 hours in-store, learn all line stations, become ServSafe certified, and complete manager certification
• 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity
