Job summary

Taco Bell in Leominster, MA is seeking an energetic Manager-In-Charge (Hourly Champion) to run shifts, ensure food safety and deliver excellent customer service. You will supervise team members, maintain uniforms and drive shift excellence while collaborating with the RGM.

Responsibilities include executing the MIC routine, resolving customer issues, managing labor and cash controls, and assisting with facility upkeep to meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers and place in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.

• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on performance of Team Members.
• Handle conflicts constructively and support RGM to resolve issues.
• Assist RGM with facility maintenance, cleanliness, safety standards and inventory controls.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
