Bagel Brands is seeking a Shift Leader at our Lakeland, FL location. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the crew and deliver a standout guest experience, while opening/closing with minimal supervision.

You will coach staff, ensure food quality and a clean, safe store environment, and help drive Smooth daily operations. Eligible for tips and career growth opportunities exist within the brand.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred or required at certain locations.
