Job summary

Brewing Brand, operating Dunkin' locations in Florida, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide crew, uphold brand standards and drive daily operations. The role offers leadership growth and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You’ll oversee shift execution, train teammates, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure guest satisfaction while leveraging tips as additional income. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Coordinate with next Shift Leader to prepare for upcoming shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory and guest service excellence on shift.
• Schedule team members for shifts and manage cash over/short per policies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.

• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Perform oversight of franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift
• Communicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to help prepare him/her for shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage Inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coaches restaurant team members to do the same.
• Schedule restaurant team members for shifts
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensures restaurant team members are following cash franchisee management policies.

Education/Experience:

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Standing on feet
