Job summary

Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN® is seeking a guest-obsessed Shift Leader in North Carolina. The job offers a team-driven, fun environment with opportunities for advancement and a schedule that can accommodate family and school commitments. Hours run from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, giving afternoons and evenings free to enjoy Life After 2.

Qualifications

• As our ideal candidate, you meet a high school diploma or GED requirement.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks and local travel.
• Ability to operate computer systems including emails and document creation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with bending and reaching as needed.
• Regular local travel and physical activity are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct temperatures.
• Lead by example with adherence to Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policy.
• Develop crew members to gain new knowledge and skills for advancement.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly dining room atmosphere for guests.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation required for daily tasks such as errands, bank deposits, etc. Regular local travel required.
• Ability to operate and navigate computer systems including but not limited to sending and receiving e-mails and creating, printing, and saving documents.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking involved.
