Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Colorado to partner with the General Manager to drive guest experiences and team performance. You will open and close the store, supervise staff, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, ability to work varied hours including early mornings, and a background check. ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are required or location-dependent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred or required at certain locations).

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures with minimal supervision.
• Motivate and coach team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and quality of food/beverages.

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy *Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. **Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
