Responsibilities include ensuring Team Members complete all duties, serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner, and maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests. Key behaviors for Shift Leads include:

• Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Providing positive feedback to Team Members
• Communicating openly with the management team
• Following cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
