Blue Origin is seeking a Fabrication Operations Shift Leader to supervise fabrication teams across machining, welding and assembly on assigned shifts. You will ensure safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and hit production targets while driving continuous improvement on the shop floor.
This role requires 5+ years in aerospace fabrication and 3+ years of supervision, with the ability to read engineering drawings, troubleshoot issues, and mentor technicians.

The Fabrication Operations Shift Leader manages production teams during assigned shifts, focusing on rocket component fabrication processes including machining, welding, and precision assembly. This role ensures safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets are consistently met while supervising real-time operations. You'll drive shop floor excellence and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
