Job summary

42 Wingstop Veterans Memorial is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction. This role rewards leadership with growth opportunities in a small but expanding business model across multiple Wingstop locations.

Applicants should have Wingstop leadership experience, be able to work all shifts (including weekends/nights), hold a Food Manager Certification and a TABC Certification, and bring reliable transportation. Language skills welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Wingstop or a similar role.
• Food Manager Certification is required.
• TABC Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work all shifts including weekends and nights.
• Non-slip black shoes required.
• Bilingual candidates welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide guests with friendly hospitality and service.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist in training and coaching team members.
