Northern Management Group, a Dunkin’ franchisee network, is hiring full-time Shift Managers to join our growing management team. We operate 27 locations and are expanding; immediate openings available.

You’ll support the store leadership on a single shift, deliver top-tier customer service, and help drive daily operations. We offer competitive hourly pay ($16.50–$18.00), paid time off and training, plus medical/dental coverage and optional vision, life, and accident insurance.
