Job summary

Flynn Pizza Hut in Homewood, AL is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to help run daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure excellent guest service during your shift.

You will participate in the training program to develop management skills, enjoy competitive pay and benefits, and have a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff during shifts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and store cleanliness.
• Assist management with opening/closing duties and shift reports.
