Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Hillsborough Township, NJ, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee shift operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and help keep the store running smoothly with food prep, inventory management, and cash handling.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills, with a friendly personality and willingness to step in as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!).
• A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who is willing to step in and help as needed.

Responsibilities
