Job summary

Wayback Burgers is hiring a Shift Leader to manage daily operations with opening, mid-shift, and closing rotations. You will lead a fast-casual team, ensure food quality, and deliver excellent customer service in a friendly environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, reliable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Training will cover all aspects of the job, from food prep to customer interaction, in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-casual setting.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.

Responsibilities

• Make hungry people happy and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Prepare appetizing, well-presented food for customers.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and team members.
